The person responsible, Sonny Lubick, has a quick answer to a simple question that is complex at heart.
"I don't know," he said, sitting in his office in the Rockwell building of the Colorado State University business school, where he helps with a leadership seminar.
It is an office that has enough memorabilia from his days as the Rams football coach to create a shrine, but there isn't one. Some items hang on the walls, while others languish on the floor, waiting for a chance to tell their story.
