Rams continue to beef up defensive line with three-star commit

Just days after adding a two-star defensive tackle, Mike Bobo and Colorado State got another potential playmaker in David Porter. The three-star defensive end out of Little Rock announced his commitment to the Rams Tuesday night.

The 6-3, 230-pound Porter recorded 68 solo tackles and 105 total tackles last season at Joe T. Robinson High School. He also totaled 10 sacks and one forced fumble.

Porter joins a 2017 recruiting class that features four other defensive linemen: Sincere David, Corte Tapia, Christian Howard and Livingston Paogofie.

Aside from CSU, Porter also received offers from Iowa State, Kansas State, Memphis, Rutgers and Texas, among others.
