No. 21 Colorado State volleyball makes big statement in Border War

Head coach Tom Hilbert was nothing but proud of his No. 21 CSU volleyball team (14-3, 7-0MW) after a huge Mountain West win in the Border War over rival Wyoming (15-4, 5-2 MW). The Rams swept the Cowgirls by scores of 25-21, 25-19 and 25-19.

“We managed some of the things Wyoming was doing early with the shots to try and get our setter out,” Hilbert said. “And really what I said at that point was it’s going to have to be a big day for the outside hitters. And both of them responded quite well.”
