CSU women's basketball adds DII transfer Jamie Bonnarens

Colorado State women's basketball on Monday announced the addition of Jamie Bonnarens, a transfer from Division II Cameron University in Lawton, Okla.

The 6-foot guard/forward averaged 16.0 points a game in two seasons at Cameron, earning all-conference honors both years. Bonnarens averaged 17.8 points, 3.1 assists and 7.4 rebounds this past season as a sophomore.

The Cache, Okla., native will join the Rams with two seasons of eligibility remaining.

"Jamie is just a very good basketball player with a very strong skill set," coach Ryun Williams said in a news release. "I love the fact that she can shoot it and she can score it.
