The holiday celebrations started early as the Colorado State University track and field team competed in their first indoor invite of the year at the Air Force Holiday Open Dec. 2. The Rams started to shake off the rust, competing in 12 separate field events.
CSU dominated the triple jump event, winning both individual titles. Senior Allam Bushara finished first in the men’s event with a mark of 15.76 meters. The women’s side was won by freshman sensation Jo-Anna Pinnock with a height of 12.31 meters.
