CSU setter Katie Oleksak repeats as MW volleyball player of the year

FORT COLLINS — Colorado State junior setter Katie Oleksak repeated as the Mountain West volleyball player of the year, in voting done by coaches, leading four Rams onto the first team, released Monday by the conference.

Kirstie Hillyer made the first team for the third year, with Paulina Hougaard-Jensen and Breana Runnels were named for the second time. Tom Hilbert was named the conference coach of the year for the 11th time, the 16th time in his career he's won the honor.

Oleksak was the first repeat player of the year since Danielle Minch did it for the Rams back in 2009-10.
