For the third time this season, Colorado State middle Kirstie Hillyer has been named the player of the week in the Mountain West. Monday's honor was the second offensive nod for the junior, giving her five total in her career.
Hillyer led the Rams to a pair of road victories by producing 28 kills while hitting .449. She did her part defensively with 10 blocks in the two matches.
Hillyer opened with nine kills in a win over Utah State, then added 19 kills while hitting .607 in the victory over Boise State.
