CSU football stacks up extra work

FORT COLLINS — The alignment is one Mike Bobo knew would create some confusion for his Colorado State offense, particularly the offensive line.

Nevada switched to a 3-3 stack under defensive coordinator Jeff Casteel and it's created some issues around the Mountain West. The change has been effective for the Wolf Pack, who are tied nationally averaging eight tackles for loss per contest.

It's a rare scheme, but Bobo and his staff have seen it before, having coached against Casteel in the past. That's why he felt the extra time studying it in the bye week would help.
