Colorado State's head coach had no hesitation when addressing the progress of the defense in spring camp, however.
"When you go from a base 3-4 to a 4-3, there's a lot of different nuances of how to play the scheme, but I loved the way the guys coached all spring," Bobo said after Saturday's Green-Gold game at CSU Stadium. "They didn't make excuses for who's out there.
