FORT COLLINS — With a house full of boys to raise, Laurel Ryken has seen her share of football practices and games through the years.
That's a lot of time in the stands, which was extended when Nate walked on at Colorado State, earning his way into regular playing time. So one would think she knows a thing or two about the sport.
"You know what? I've raised four boys, done football with three of them from youth all the way up to college, plus gone to NFL games, and no, I still can't follow them running around all over the place," Laurel said.
