CSU football faces staff changes as spring camp approaches

FORT COLLINS — Colorado State coach Mike Bobo was hoping to get through the offseason without any major changes to his football staff, but he's now looking at having to make three hires with spring camp starting on Feb. 14.

Monday it became official strength and conditioning coach Ryan Davis was taking the same post at Maryland. Earlier in the month cornerbacks coach Eric Lewis left for Boston College, while in December, the athletic department lost nutritionist Pamela Bartz to Mississippi State.

Lewis spent just one year with the program, but Davis has been a vital part of Bobo's staff since the beginning.
