FORT COLLINS — Collin Hill is back as Colorado State's starting quarterback.
Rams head coach Mike Bobo said he made the decision Saturday after talking to the staff, and he informed the team of the move Sunday.
"We're 3-5. I believe, I think, we need a spark as a football team," Bobo said at his weekly press conference Monday. "I've been saying all along he's been practicing well, and I felt like I would do something if I felt it would give us a better chance to win."
