CSU football adds New Jersey linebacker to 2019 signing class

FORT COLLINS — True to his word from Wednesday, Colorado State head coach Mike Bobo welcomed another player to the 2019 signing class Saturday as New Jersey linebacker Mohamed Kamara signed with the program.

Kamara originally signed with Temple in December, but was granted a release with the program changed coaches. The 6-foot-1, 215-pound outside backer is listed as a three-star recruit on 247Sports.com composite ranking.

Playing at Newark Central, he registered 131 tackles on the year with 11 sacks, forcing six fumbles.

The addition of Kamara brings the Rams' class to 20 players.
