FORT COLLINS — Joe Parker almost certainly never imagined that his "climate assessment" of head men's basketball coach Larry Eustachy would ever drag out this long.
Yet, more than three weeks after the Colorado State athletic director started examining Eustachy's conduct, the assessment is still without an official conclusion.
Parker said through a statement on Feb. 8 that his assessment was nearly complete, pending a conversation with Eustachy and his representatives. Apparently that conversation didn't go as planned since Parker said he hoped to resolve the situation by this time last week.
