CSU basketball: Kris Martin returning; Raquan Mitchell to transfer

FORT COLLINS — The transfer rate in men's college basketball is already high enough (40 percent), and when you add in a new head coach, as is the case at Colorado State, plenty of change is to be expected.

And sure enough, the Rams will lose a few players to transfer this offseason, but it appears there won't be as much turnover as many speculated there would be. The biggest name leaving the program is of course guard Prentiss Nixon, who led the team in scoring (16.1 ppg) on 35.
