As Luis Lebron stood at the counter to check into the Drury Inn in Atlanta late Sunday evening, the Colorado State true freshman offensive lineman was ready to sleep.
At this point — nearly 20 hours after leaving the team hotel in Albuquerque, N.M. for his flight home the day after the 31-28 New Mexico Bowl loss to Marshall — he was tired and cold and wanted to sleep.
He had been on a plane in Atlanta, then taken off of it for routine maintenance. Then the power at the Hartsfield-Jackson airport went out. Officials said for an hour, no issue.
