Colorado State senior tight end Kivon Cartwright was one of 35 players at his position to be named to the John Mackey Award midseason watch list that was released Wednesday.
Cartwright made the list two years ago as a junior. This season he has 10 catches for 178 yards with a touchdown. He has caught at least one pass in each of the past four games, with a season high three against both Savannah State and UTSA.
Cartwright missed all but the first game last year, a season after catching 27 passes for 462 yards and six touchdowns.
