FORT COLLINS — The crowd is always good when there is something to celebrate.
As Tony Frank took his turn at the lectern on the fourth floor of the newly named Canvas Stadium, the Colorado State president asked them to let their mind wander, back in time, to what the university was like 10 years ago.
Not to be derogatory about where it was then, but use it as a foundation. Now, think to the present.
"It's been a pretty good decade," he said, and nobody could disagree.
