FORT COLLINS — Colorado State redshirt sophomore quarterback Collin Hill will miss at least spring practice after reinjuring the ACL in his left knee, the same injury that ended his true freshman season.
The latest injury happened while Hill was playing basketball on Thursday. CSU's medical staff said he re-tore his ACL, and this injury was similar in severity, with surgery scheduled for Wednesday. He injured it originally on a scramble on Oct. 8, 2016, against Utah State, a non-contact injury that occurred when he planted to make a cut.
