FORT COLLINS — Colorado State junior placekicker Wyatt Bryan was one of 20 named as a semifinalist for the Lou Groza Award, the Palm Beach County Sports Commission announced on Thursday.

Bryan had made 12 of his 14 attempts and is good on both of his attempts of 50-plus yards on the season, and his 71 points leads the Rams. In his third year of handling the duties for the team, Bryan ranks fifth on the all-time list with 39 field goals.

He is one of three Mountain West kickers to make the list, joined by San Jose State's Bryce Crawford and Dominik Eberle of Utah State.
