Colorado State football will play a road game at Iowa on Sept. 25, 2021, the two schools announced Friday. It will be the first meeting between the two programs.
This is the 15th game the Rams have scheduled against teams from Power 5 conferences between 2018 and 2028, the first against a school from the Big Ten. CSU will play against the SEC six times, the Pac-12 four times and the Big 12 four times during that span.
"Our approach to future scheduling is to continue to put our team in position to face the best competition each year in our non-conference schedule," said coach Mike Bobo said in a news release.
