FORT COLLINS — When things go south on a football field, as they did Saturday for Colorado State's defense, the common refrain by coaches and players is they have to look at the tape.

CSU head coach Mike Bobo said it after Saturday's loss when the Rams were chewed up by Air Forces option attack, rushing for 413 yards in a 45-28 victory, the first loss in Mountain West play for the Rams. There were some things he expected he'd see on tape, others — poor tackling — he saw without needing to see again.
