FORT COLLINS — Mike Bobo immediately knocked on the table.
Reminded that junior linebacker Kevin Davis has had a bit of an injury history at Colorado State, the first-year head coach gave the table a couple of quick raps, then was just as quick to give the Fountain-Fort Carson product a true compliment.
"I've just seen Kevin grow and basically turn into what a football player should play like," Bobo said.
Not look like — Davis has always looked the part since arriving on campus in 2012 and playing as a true freshman, a year that was cut short by a knee injury.
