Colorado State basketball player Che Bob arrested for failure to appear in court

FORT COLLINS — Che Bob, a senior on the Colorado State men's basketball team, was arrested Thursday for failing to appear in court, according to a Larimer County booking report.

Bob was arrested at the Larimer County Justice Center after he was issued a bench warrant by the Colorado State University Police Department, stemming from a DUI he had last summer.

"We have taken this matter very seriously and have been monitoring Che's progress toward resolving this issue, which occurred last summer. We were disappointed in his actions and have counseled him on our program's standards and expectations," coach Larry Eustachy said in a statement.
