Both Colorado State basketball teams signed one player on the first day of the regular signing period Wednesday.
The CSU men's team added Golden High School senior Adam Thistlewood, who committed to the program on Saturday. A 6-foot-7 forward who earned first-team all-state honors as a senior, Thistlewood is the first recruit for new head coach Niko Medved, who originally recruited Thistlewood to play at Drake.
Thistlewood is the first in-state recruit for the program since 2014.
"Adam is the entire package," Medved said in a release. "He's a talented player, a terrific student and a terrific human being.
