Starter Jose Urena returning to Rockies on one-year deal

The Rockies have re-signed veteran right-hander Jose Urena to a one-year deal, the club confirmed Friday. It’s the club’s first step toward adding much-needed depth to its starting rotation.

The major league deal is worth $3 million with a club option of $4 million for 2024, according to Mark Feinsand of MLB.com.
