The Rockies’ rocky road has left them searching for answers.
“Yeah, I mean it’s frustrating,” infielder Ryan McMahon said prior to Friday night’s game at San Francisco. “And I think everybody kind of feels it because we think we’re a lot better than that.
“But you have to go out there and do it. Obviously, this road trip hasn’t started off the way that we wanted it to. But there (are) still some games left. So we’re looking to turn it around and play some good ball.”
After a terrific 5-1 homestand, the Rockies went on the road and lost three straight — two at Houston and one at San Francisco.
