Colorado Rockies reliever Jason Motte has joined forces with Moment to raise funds for the Jason Motte Foundation, which aims to support people either directly or indirectly affected by all forms of cancer. Here's how Moment works: for a donation of $150, the athlete sponsoring the campaign (in this case, Motte) will record a short personal video for you.
