It was a week of doubleheaders for the Hartford Yard Goats. There were two scheduled doubleheaders, and one of those doubleheaders was rained out and made up as a doubleheader the next day. Ernie Banks would be proud.
The #RoadGoats actually played all six games this week in Connecticut, going 3-3 at Dodd Stadium in Norwich. The mediocre week meant Hartford (33-22) lost ground in the division race to Trenton (34-22) and Reading (39-19).
