The Rockies on Thursday leaned again on a power arm, picking Kansas high school pitcher Riley Pint with the No. 4 pick in the MLB draft — a right-hander some are calling the hardest-throwing prep arm in the draft’s history.

Pint, whose fastball has been clocked at 102 mph, is Colorado’s highest-drafted pitcher since Jon Gray went No. 3 in 2013. He is the highest drafted player ever out of Kansas.
