Rockies give up four home runs at Coors Field in loss to Phillies

Familiar Rockies pitching woes returned to Coors Field in a 9-6 loss Wednesday to the Phillies.

Rockies’ starter German Marquez, in his third outing of the season, was blasted for three home runs. Philadelphia surged ahead in the fourth, 3-2, with a solo shot from Nick Castellanos and a two-run homer via Alec Bohm. A Kyle Schwarber upper-deck bomb in the sixth — 468 feet to right — tied it at four runs apiece.

Reliever Jhoulys Chacin entered the game for Colorado in the seventh. He loaded the bases and secured one out before getting replaced by Lucas Gilbreath.
