Just in time for a key homestand, the Rockies’ offense got a boost Thursday.
The club reinstated outfielder David Dahl (left-side core injury) and infielder Ryan McMahon (left elbow sprain) from the 10-day injured list. Both were in the starting lineup for Thursday night’s game against Philadelphia at Coors Field.
To clear room on the roster, outfielder Yonathan Daza and infielder Josh Fuentes were optioned to Triple-A Albuquerque.
Dahl, 25, was placed on the 10-day injured list on April 9 (retroactive to April 8). He was Colorado’s hottest hitter before he was injured, batting .
