Gray K's 10 but allows 3-run homer in defeat

PHILADELPHIA -- If you're looking at the bright side, Rockies right-hander Jon Gray was hard to hit on Tuesday night. But the Phillies didn't have to hit him that often.

Gray's two walks before Scott Kingery's three-run homer in the first inning and two more walks that led to a run in the third undid a 10-strikeout night. Gray's continued struggles, coupled with an offense stymied by Phillies pitcher Aaron Nola, led to the Rockies' fifth straight loss, 5-4 at Citizens Bank Park.
