There’s plenty going on in the baseball world at the moment, but none of it concerns the Colorado Rockies. As the calendar flips to 2024, there’s little to do but sit and wait for Spring Training to arrive so we can start seeing if there is any evident progress from last year’s 103-loss campaign.
With little roster change expected, there’s not much breath-holding going on. But the silver-lining of the terrible previous season is Colorado holds the third-overall selection in the 2024 draft. The class is preliminarily headlined by three collegiate bats but plenty will change before now and June.
