Class A Short-Season: Boise Hawks (17-33)
Not a great game from the Boise crew who failed to score on their seven hits, while allowing nine runs and committing two errors. The two teenager stars for Boise Carlos Herrera and Kevin Padlo both went 1-3 with a walk and Padlo stole his 26th base. Playing in a league where the average pitcher is two-and-a-half to three years older, Herrera and Wall are leading the Hawks in batting average and only seem to be getting better.
