Colorado Rockies out-slugged by Miami Marlins after Tyler Chatwood leaves due to back spasms

It was a bad day to be a member of the Rockies' pitching staff.

An injury ended starting pitcher Tyler Chatwood's day in just the second inning and the Miami Marlins capitalized by jumping all over Eddie Butler in emergency relief, defeating the visiting Colorado Rockies 9-6 on Saturday afternoon in south Florida.

Things were rough from the start, as the Marlins put up three runs in the first two innings against the Rockies and Chatwood. The righty entered the game with an undefeated record and sub-1.00 ERA on the road in his first six starts away from Denver, but didn't fare well in Miami — and his health didn't do him any favors, either.
