Dahl has been out of action since suffering a stress reaction to his sixth rib in early March. It was reported earlier by Nick Groke of The Denver Post that Dahl would rejoin the Rockies during their upcoming series in San Francisco. Black, however, provided even more of an update during his daily chat with the media in the Colorado dugout.
“He’s improving. He’s healing. He’s playing catch. He’s moving around,” Black said of Dahl. “Anything rotational we’re staying away from. As far as activities increasing, anything rotational is not happening. Swinging is not happening.
