Friday’s win over the Minnesota Twins (47-50) was exactly what the Colorado Rockies (23-74) needed coming out of the All-Star Break. It’s always prudent to put your best foot forward and the boys in Denver will look to win the series at home for the first time this season.
Antonio Senzatela (3-13, 6.60 ERA) takes the mound hoping for some better fortune. He has consistently worked into the fifth inning the majority of his starts this season, but his inefficiency has made the five innings look like a milestone. He’s fared better in July, going at least five innings in each of his previous two starts this month, but he continues to be a contact machine.
