The Rockies’ 8-32 (.200) record at Coors Field is the worst home record in the Majors and tied for the worst start at home for a team in the Modern Era, joining the 2003 Tigers. It’s the fourth time in the Modern Era a team has lost at least 32 of 40 home games in any span.
Although the Rockies’ record had received considerable attention this season, also worth noting is this: The Rockies have gone 203 consecutive games allowing at least one run, the longest streak without a shutout in the Modern Era.
