The Colorado Rockies (18-64) fell short once again on Friday night in the first game of the weekend series against the Milwaukee Brewers (46-36). Things looked promising at one point that they could pull off the comeback but late game heroics by the Brew Crew left the Rockies in the dust once again.
They’ll look to rebound in the second game with Antonio Senzatela (3-10, 6.48 ERA) taking the mound for the Rockies. Senza has looked good over his last two starts, allowing three runs on seven hits in 10 1⁄3 innings of work.
