We’ve officially made it, folks. It’s officially June 1st and the Colorado Rockies are still looking for their elusive 10th win of the season. They remain 9-49 on the entire season, and are 3-27 on the road. They are 0-5 on this current road trip with a three-game set against the Miami Marlins set to start tomorrow to conclude it.
To be fair, four of the five losses were by two or fewer runs (they lost 8-2 last night). They have lost five of their last six games by two or fewer runs since May 25th, which is a far cry from some of the beatdowns they had earlier in this season.
