Tonight, the Colorado Rockies (4-15) will face the Seattle Mariners (9-10) in a delayed Game 1 of a three-game stand. The weather looks to be cold tonight, but both teams are determined to get the game in if at all possible.
The Rockies have yet to win a series this year. In 2023, Colorado did not score their first series win until the eighth series of the season (April 24-26 at Cleveland), the longest stretch to begin a season without a series win in franchise history.
But, apparently, 2024 will be a year of franchise firsts.
