Taking on the Cincinnati Reds at Great American Ball Park, Charlie Blackmon and Corey Dickerson opened the Colorado Rockies scoring with back-to-back home runs to begin the contest, helping the Rockies to an 11-2 victory.

Dickerson finished the game 4-for-5 with four RBI and a pair of homers, hitting his first-inning bomb off Reds starter Alfredo Simon on a full count after Blackmon had launched one into the seats just before him on an 0-2 pitch.
