The Colorado Rockies have an off-day, but there will (hopefully!) be plenty of action off the field. Teams will no longer be able to make trades after 4:00 p.m. MDT, which means that all day, the rumors and transactions are sure to fly fast and furious.
As the day progresses, we’ll keep this tracker updated with the most pertinent rumors and the biggest deals that come to fruition.
The Rockies have already made two trades (Ryan McMahon to the New York Yankees and Tyler Kinley to the Atlanta Braves), and hopefully, they’ll come out of today with a roster that looks like the Rockies have a handle on their rebuild.
