Blackmon needs lineup to capitalize on streak

SAN DIEGO -- Charlie Blackmon is setting the table, but the Rockies have yet to arrive for the feast.

Blackmon extended his career-best on-base streak to 31 in Sunday night's game against the Padres at Petco Park. Going into Sunday, Blackmon had hit .328 and compiled a .382 on-base percentage, with nine doubles, six home runs and a triple during the streak.

But the Rockies are just 12-18 in those games through Saturday night, and he had scored just 16 times despite reaching 50 times on 40 hits and 10 walks. Blackmon isn't paying much attention to his statistical impact, simply because there are greater problems.
