Ugh.
That just sucked if we are being totally honest with each other. The 0-3 loss to Chicago Fire was fairly brutal and it kind of got rid of all of the goodwill that was sort of earned after last Saturday.
My boss asked, on Monday, how I was feeling after the 3-0 win over San Jose Earthquakes. I told him that I was pleased they won, but the real story would be told on Wednesday and Saturday as the Colorado Rapids embark on a two-game road trip.
So far, my pessimism was accurate and well-placed.
