The Colorado Rapids return home on Thursday following their win over Houston Dynamo this past weekend to take on San Jose Earthquakes. The Rapids clinched a first-round bye in the Audi 2016 MLS Cup Playoffs and can climb back to the top of the table with a win on Thursday.
