Nominees for the Colorado Rapids HealthONE Player of the Month are here! The three players up for the award are Kellyn Acosta, Edgar Castillo and Jack Price.

Kellyn Acosta was exceptional in his first full month as a member of the Rapids. The 23-year-old midfielder scored the equalizer in the Rapids' 2-1 win over the LA Galaxy on August 4. One week later, he provided the helper to Tommy Smith's opening goal against the San Jose Earthquakes.
