Major League Soccer announced yesterday their MLS 22 Under 22 rankings, with Colorado Rapids homegrowns Cole Bassett and Sam Vines among that list.
Bassett, 18 from Littleton, after a strong end to the 2018 season, made 20 appearances with the Rapids with two goals and two assists to his account. Recently back from a week-long training with Arsenal U-23 side, Bassett has also earned numerous call-ups with the US youth national teams this past year.
Vines, 20 from Colorado Springs, made 26 appearances for the Rapids, earning a starting spot as their left back this past season and has also continued to appear with the US youth national squads as well.
