Ahead of Saturday’s only trip of the season to Houston Dynamo (6:30 p.m. MT), here are 10 things that you may, or may not, have known.
1. With last Saturday’s 1-0 win over Portland Timbers, the Rapids rose to 51 points from 30 games - equaling the most points gained in a single season (2013). The Rapids need two more points from the remaining four games to finish with the best points-per-game average in franchise history. Best PPG is 1.53 (2002 & 2010).
2. Houston Dynamo, though bottom of the Western Conference, can still mathematically make the Audi 2016 MLS Cup Playoffs.
